Figure skating is one of the most beautiful sports, while I believe it is also one of the most difficult. Ice hockey, on the other hand, is one of the toughest sports, which, next to swimming, uses the most muscles and muscle groups at the same time. Now, within the framework of the school's sports class, my daughter has one whole morning a week to learn to skate. They provide equipment, show her techniques, and since the school has its own ice rink, the practice opportunities are unlimited. And there are several designated skating rinks in the city where we can practice the acquired knowledge.
